By downloading, installing, or using the Crawler.MOBI application ("App") or accessing our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crawler.MOBI ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania, European Union.

To use Crawler.MOBI, you must: - Be at least 18 years of age - Have legal authority over the device(s) you register - Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts - Reside in a jurisdiction where passive income applications are legal - Not be located in a sanctioned country or territory - Have a valid email address for account creation By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Crawler.MOBI is a mobile application that performs web data collection using your device's browser capabilities. Specifically: What the App Does: - Receives URLs from our servers via encrypted WebSocket connections - Opens these URLs in an isolated WebView (sandboxed browser) on your device - Allows the page to fully render, including JavaScript execution - Returns the rendered HTML content to our servers - Delivers this content to our business customers What the App Does NOT Do: - Does NOT share your internet bandwidth or act as a proxy/VPN - Does NOT route third-party traffic through your connection - Does NOT access your personal data, files, or browsing history - Does NOT install any additional software on your device - Does NOT modify your device settings or other applications This is fundamentally different from proxy or bandwidth-sharing services. Your device actively renders web pages rather than passively tunneling traffic.

Data Consumption: The App loads web pages on your device, which consumes internet data. Typical usage ranges from 500MB to 2GB per day for active users, depending on the pages loaded and your usage tier. Recommended Setup: We strongly recommend using a WiFi connection and an unlimited data plan. The App works on mobile data but this may incur charges from your carrier. Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any internet data charges incurred while using Crawler.MOBI. We do not reimburse data costs. By using the App, you acknowledge that it will consume internet data and you accept responsibility for associated costs. Network Impact: The App is designed to operate with minimal impact on your network experience. However, during active operation, it will use a portion of your available bandwidth.

Daily bonuses require meeting BOTH the uptime and request thresholds. Bonuses are calculated at midnight UTC and credited to your account. Excluded Traffic: Requests that fail to render, time out, or return errors are not counted as successful and are not compensated. We reserve the right to exclude requests that are identified as manipulated or fraudulent. Rate Changes: We reserve the right to modify earning rates with 30 days' prior notice. Rate changes are not retroactive and do not affect already-earned balances. Measurement: Earnings are calculated based on our server-side request logs. In case of discrepancy between the app display and our servers, our server records are authoritative.

Minimum Withdrawal: $1.00 USD Payment Methods: - PayPal (to your verified PayPal email) - Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), Bitcoin Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days. Delays may occur due to payment processor issues, fraud review, or compliance checks. Fraud Protection: We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payments if we detect fraud, manipulation, or Terms violations. Suspicious accounts may be placed under review, during which withdrawals are temporarily suspended. Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your Crawler.MOBI earnings in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice. We may issue tax documents as required by law. Currency: All amounts are in US Dollars (USD). Exchange rates for cryptocurrency payments are determined at the time of processing.

You agree to: - Only run Crawler.MOBI on devices you own or have explicit authorization to use - Not manipulate or falsify request counts, uptime, or other metrics - Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App - Not interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure - Not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or boost earnings - Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App - Not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures - Not use the Service for any illegal purpose - Keep your account credentials secure and confidential - Not transfer or sell your account to another person Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.

Nature of Content: The App loads publicly accessible web pages on behalf of our business customers. This content includes public websites that would be accessible to anyone using a normal web browser. Content Filtering: We implement filtering to exclude inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content from being loaded on user devices. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will be appropriate. If you encounter concerning content in the activity log, please report it to support@crawler.mobi. Customer Verification: We perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all business customers to ensure they use our service for legitimate purposes such as market research, price comparison, SEO monitoring, and similar lawful activities. Domain Visibility: You can see which domains are being loaded on your device in real time through the App's activity monitor. This transparency is a core feature of Crawler.MOBI.

Crawler.MOBI is designed to minimize impact on your device, but you should be aware: - The App uses CPU and memory resources to render web pages - Battery consumption is typically 5-10% over 24 hours of continuous operation - We recommend keeping devices charged, especially for the Always On tier - The App may generate heat during intensive rendering periods - Long-term continuous operation may affect battery lifespan We are not responsible for any device wear, battery degradation, or hardware issues that may occur from extended use of the App. You use the App at your own discretion and risk regarding your device's condition.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through the App or our website. Upon termination, we will process any pending withdrawal for earned balances above the minimum threshold. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if: - You violate these Terms of Service - We detect fraudulent or manipulative activity - Your account has been inactive for 12+ months - We are required to do so by law - We discontinue the Service Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Earned balances above the minimum withdrawal amount will be paid out within 30 days, unless the termination was due to fraud, in which case earnings may be forfeited. Data Deletion: Upon account termination, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: - The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind - We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation - We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim - We are not liable for device damage, data charges, battery degradation, or performance impacts Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crawler.MOBI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Your violation of any applicable law or regulation - Any misrepresentation by you This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes through: - In-app notification - Email to your registered address - Prominent notice on our website Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through: 1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first at legal@crawler.mobi. We'll try to resolve the issue within 30 days. 2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation in Bucharest, Romania. 3. Courts: If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. EU residents retain the right to bring claims in their local courts under applicable EU consumer protection laws. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crawler.MOBI regarding the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
